Awh man that sucks. When I got my consultation from WestShore Homes I thought the lady was just trying to make a sale when I told her I was looking into Lowe’s because it was cheaper. She told me about the third party and how they don’t offer any warranty on their work because of the third party. Needless to say the lady sold me on her company. Pricey though…but got them today, a month after ordering. Hope all works out the next time they come because that’s crazy.

My wife and I had the same experience a couple of years ago. The installers had no clue on what they were doing. We're in Texas.

Worked for Home Depot for years. Hey do all installs in house, BUT good workers are hard to find so still problems. I need a new door and now I live in a Lowe’s market. Just other brands are like 2x as expensive so want to still go with Lowe’s shenanigans
