@ever.inktattoo: Yes- fineline tattoos hold up over time, they just heal and age in a way much different than a traditional tattoo. It is always best to assume that your fineline tattoo will need to be a 2 step process: 1. The initial tattoo where your artist will work their hardest to keep the tattoo as fine and dainty as possible. Remember, going too deep can cause spreading, blurring, ect… 2. A quick touchup appointment once the tattoo is healed to go over any lines that may have faded too much during the initial healing process. The main takeaway is, touchups do not mean the tattoo was done incorrectly.
