Cam car is 0% at fault. Vehicle turning is 100% liable. They failed to yield right of way, failed to keep a proper lookout, and unsafe turning. The cam car is not at fault because nothing they did was negligent in any way, they even hit the brakes and swerved to help minimize impact.
