any tips for me? after starting middle of last year, most (roughly 70%) of my customers have returned after a few months for a full refresh. To me that signifys they like our work, but im unsure how to help them see the value in moving to a maintenence schedule rather than saving a small amount of money and doing their every few months reset. is this a money issue on their end or am I just failing to create value for that? and how do I fix that?
