Dr Dray could u please talk about dark thick nuckles ..i have PCO and darkness in knees elbows and hands nuckles..i used everything with no noticeable result..am a light brown with optimal weight and my PCO IS improving but not my nuckles darkness ..my hands are sensitive (atopic dermatitis) but no significant eczema or rash…I’ve used glycilic acid from the ordinary ..on amalctin and urea with vaseline..no sun exposure..i really want a find solution for a10 years problem 🥺

My thing is, I really don’t want to put petrolatum-covered items in the wash. I’m afraid the goo will leach into other clothes and/or leave a film on my washer 😬 Guess I could to a pre-wash with dish soap in the sink first to get some of the oil off? Do you have any issues with this, @Dr Dray | Dermatologist, or am I just blowing this out of proportion?
