As the number 1 dot user, never use HuoHuo. She’s quite literally the worst healer in the game (Bailu doesn’t exist). I’d recommend new Dan Heng and make sure Kafka is bondmate or you can just grab the Blessings that heals when dot is activated + ultimates, etc and use your fourth slot for Ruan Mei, Cyrene, or Acheron
