@rambo_theservicepoodle: I went to take the girls out this morning and this is what we encounter. Just to be clear, I blame the owners not the dog. This is what lead to Ariel retiring from service work. Constant random off leash dog attacks. Even though she is 7, she is extremely strong and I was scared of not only her getting attacked but I know she could do damage to the other dog. I'm just glad all the dogs we're ok. But the entire time the owner called the dog and it refused to listen. This is why it is so important to teach your dog recalls.
