If chipping and not chipping over anything just use a putting motion with your pitching wedge. It saves you so much or time and strokes.

nah low chip ball back of stance weight like 60% lead foot and just smooth swing stay down. high chip ball front in stance mote weight forward hands still infront of ball and stay down on it

So would this be worth a sand wedge or another type of iron?! I was taught to use my 9 iron and basically putt with it, but pretty much only use on short fairway to green shots.
