I love Mohan’s character and think she is a great actress but this is reality, some physicians for various reasons move on or decide to pursue a different path. Glad Ellis is being moved to regular, I always want to see more of her

Season 2 takes place at the START of everyone’s new level of medicine. Whitaker is an r1, Santos is an r2, both Mohan and Langdon are now r4s. Unless season 3 takes place one year later, no one should be leaving.
