I feel like there’s at least 362 days in the year to teach your children to be kind, considerate humans there’s no need to put them to the test on a gift giving holiday where we as parents have the opportunity to spread a little joy(Only counting Christmas, Easter and birthday here)

I like the concept but age 3 and at Easter doesn't seem like the right time for this. You should be focusing on why we celebrate Easter and make that's the lesson, not the value of money.
