I have them and they work,you have to screw them into the ground and leave the square part out of above ground about 3" and make sure you turn them on. also make sure they are in plenty of sunlight.

I use a screw driver and hammer first before putting them up try to wiggle the screen driver a little to loosen dirt

I planted lots of rosemary mint lavender n cleaned up the dirt on n also put in every hole a smoke bomb 💣 and do far hooray for me cuz I haven't seen no more holes or bugs
