Alfred and Bruce knew it was incorrect Spanish earlier in the movie than the Penguin interrogation scene btw. Bruce’s mistake was writing it off as a mistake on riddlers part because he doesn’t know riddler that well yet. He’s not an established long term villain the way Riddler in the Batman tv show was
