Vixie aka Dixie Cup :
it's generally recommended to alternate ice & heat on most injuries, dunno why this would be any different

That’s what I’ve heard and now I don’t know what to do with the extras - I packed 4 in my hospital bag, and have 6 more at home, but won’t need them once I get home right?

I brought these to the hospital and one of the nurses told me it makes it take longer to heal. I have them again and asking another opinion bc I’ve heard yes and no

I feel very lucky to not have needed any ice pads or tucks or any of that stuff, I genuinely just felt like I fell on ice on my tailbone. I didn’t tear and a week pp i hqve zero downstairs pain. The most painful part of having a baby for me was the iron infusion from a small hemorrhage and i guess im allergic to because my arm STILL hurts a week later

I tore in two places and cried every time I had to pee for 2 weeks. Best believe I was using ice packs and hydrogen for that recovery. Only way I survived.🙃
