actually is transformative and comes under fair use where the crime is committed it is the passing off as someone else then yes the video can be removed and should be removed but it's not because she's using her video it's because she's passing off as her or taken away from the original all the claim could be that it's taken away from the original not about transforming one video into another

Before that they would repost the real videos with just different website in the bio. I reported it, nothing happened. I wrote to the original creator, she didn't reply so unless you're Disney you can't claim your stuff.
