It pisses me off because I knew that from the beginning. I had an interviewer tell me after two interviews and three hours of my life that they were looking for someone with corporate experience even though they knew my resume forward and backwards.

yeah my job said they were doing inside hiring so i applied i have 20yrs experience with what i do 7 yrs lead then turn around they hired some guy from outside with 0 experiernce asked me to train him i said NO i am not good enough for the position im not good enough to train

One interview should be enough. What’s with going through two or three rounds just for them to say, “you’re overqualified” or “we’ll contact you,” and then never follow up? It’s a waste of time, gas, and energy.😏😤
