Well, honey, Friday nights are usually pork chop night ’round here, but after seeing this recipe I just couldn’t help myself—I had to try it! Lawd, those chops came out so juicy I nearly shouted “Hallelujah!” at the table, the green beans had more pep than a church choir on Easter morning, and those potatoes… child, they were so creamy yet crispy on the outside I almost skipped dessert just to keep eating ’em. I tell ya, I usually play it safe on Fridays, but this recipe done gone and spoiled me. May God bless this cook, because she done brought joy into my life through food—and happy Easter weekend, sugar! May your house be full of laughter, your pan never be empty, and your neighbors’ noses stay out of your kitchen… mostly.

Love it!! I would let the potatoes cook by themselves for 20 mins first and then add the veggies and pork chops for 20 more mins looks bomb love it!
