Thank you for the good information. I had no idea that blasting my music so very loud could increase my chances of dementia that is scary and thank you for that information. I really enjoy your videos.

I didn't want to live to 25, if I live to 65 I'm taking an active role.

What can be done after brain injury to decrease risk, if anything? I was in a dv relationship for years. I also have hearing loss that I believe is from the abuse.

My mother was an alcoholic for most of her life. She’s been cognitively disappearing since her 60s and was in an ALF by her late 60s. The longest goodbye from dementia is brutal.

Strange phenom. I used to have terrible tinnitus from loud music. Slowly went away or it at least so low I never notice it anymore. Smoked from my friends nicotine vape from curiosity, hit me like a truck, then I passed out for a nap and woke up with the most mind bending ringing in my ears for hours. Scared the life outta me. Anyway. This means nothing but ya know. Wonder if nic has effects on hearing loss or something

I’m a survivor of being shaken as an infant and I suffer from life long epilepsy. It scares me that I don’t know how my brain will be as I age. I’m 34 and already have short term memory issues.

Can you talk about folks who think Alzheimer’s disease is like the third type of diabetes a family member of mine is determined that if we just activate some peptide it could essentially cure different types of dementia. Now I take a more psychosocial approach and I’m just suspicious that its not that black-and-white regarding these “peptides”.
