What’s surprises me as people buy this expensive cookware and they don’t take care of it. Your Dutch ovens should never be left to look like this. They should be thoroughly cleaned after each years. Yes this is a criticism. Because why do you pay several hundred dollars for something and then not take care of it mind blowing

Hun, you definitely didn’t need to use so much of the le crueset cleaner. When you’re able to, I would certainly gift your neighbor another bottle. In the future, I’d recommend cleaning your Dutch ovens once a week at minimum. Makes heavy duty cleaning later on a lot easier. I make soup in my Dutch oven so I’ve gotten it pretty dirty before lol

I have had my dutch over for 20 years and I use it alot. put it in the sink after use and add some dawn and hot water. let sit for 15 min. mine still looks brand new
