Did you try slowly introducing your cat to the pellet bedding? If they’ve been using litter, you have to slowing convert to the pellets. Just like when changing their food or environment, you have to slowly incorporate it into their routine. When they’re young, they can take to it easily. My cat had no issues being introduced to the horse pellet bedding. There’s also different types of horse bedding at TSC. The picture of the one you included is not the one I use but it’s $20 for a 40 pound bag that lasts a while! Maybe try again and try slowly introducing it. But any kind of litter isn’t it.

Dr Elsey's has been my favorite to use with Litter Robot 4, the tracking is terrible but its the price to pay for no smell and quick clumping

ive been using worlds best (red bag) for years and i’m sad it didn’t work out for you !! it’s dusty and does track but i have never noticed a smell or bad clumping. i have a stainless steel litter box and i scoop twice daily!

I have been loving Frisco by chewy the unscented. it dose track a bit but I don't have a litter mat at that box. I have a weak hands and as long as I keep the litter level good it scoops so well

I’ve tried Dry Elseys and it was soooo dusty. Masked the smell but it being so dusty and the tracking, I can’t. I felt like it was going up my nose all the time. I’ve used world’s best red and orange bag. One of my cats doesn’t cover when she goes so it makes the house stink but once it’s covered it’s fine. The orange bag has bigger grains and I see less tracking. I’ve also tried that natural scoop one and it tracked bad and super dusty. Still trying to find the best one 🥲 so far the orange Dr Elsey one is the best but not great.

Thank you! I just bought your whole set up from Amazon. My kittens have just gotten to the size where their baby litter boxes are too small. I was using Dr. Elsie‘s but you’re so right about the sticking and the tracking. Time to try tofu!

I’ve been using the Tractor Supply pellets for almost a year. It’s by far the most cost effective. I clean daily do there is no smell. A lot of tracking but I have a robot vacuum I run twice a day.

Damn I love worlds best litter!! Especially the red bag it’s amazing. I don’t notice a smell nor does anyone that comes into my apartment. I noticed the tracking a bit but I always vacuum anyways before I clean them daily.
