We were doing the vital signs check off and my friend she didnt tell me or the teacher she had a murmur and I was listening and I asked my teacher to listen and I was like I hear an extra sound💀 I was like is that a murmur?? And then my friend was like yes I forgot to tell you🤭😂😅
