@neuro.minute: This difference between these two people isn’t about luck or genetics it comes down to decisions. 👇 Same age, but living completely different realities. Go through every slide. Because somewhere in this carousel, your future self is taking shape whether you notice it or not. What you do today is shaping who you become. So ask yourself: which version are you creating?

I’m 40 and feeling perimenopause. I just realized this the other day as I weigh the most I’ve ever weighed (even with 3 full-term pregnancies). I just got a life-changing promotion (money-wise) - the kind that covers all my bills twice over. I’m going to invest in my health and make sure I’m able to be fit and healthy until my last day. If I don’t change now I know I won’t make it past 65.

I’m 45 and in the last six months I’ve lost 50 lbs! I feel better than I have in a long time- I’m eating healthier, walking 15,000 steps a day, and building good habits.

61. Run 15-20 miles a week. Don’t listen to experts that say, “all you need to do is walk.” Yeah, that’s ok if you never do it but, that’s the minimum. You have to run and lift heavy and meditate. I work with people that seem older than me in the office and are just starting their 50s.

I’m 66 and in great shape for my age. I wake up everyday and think of both grandfathers, my mom and my dad who all died before 55. I spend two hours a day trying to beat the grim reaper. Sure, genetics plays a part, but I refuse to give up no matter what

I'm 55 and boxing, I will go into the ring later this year. I do half an hour of yoga every morning, and I'm four times at the box gym every week. And I've been through a lot in my life. So, yes, a man must keep training, no matter what 👍

I have arthritis in my back, shoulders and hips. There was a time my life was about pain killers everyday to manage the pain, over weight and hating life. Now hitting the gym 4-5 times a week. mentally and physically much stronger. Life is about choices!
