That’s not a regular 4 amp battery, that’s the lithium high energy. It’s lasts longer and has a little extra power than a regular 4 amp. Ryobi is great for the weekends and some light work in trades but for anything heavy duty I would stick with Milwaukee or dewalt. What ever your preference is

Never understood the hate towards ryobi i used it in the shop for over 2 years and no issues but decided to upgrade to Dewalt recently

I always go corded I have a battery saw but only use it when I’m not cutting regularly I have a lot of rigid tools and there pretty good but no one ever says anything about t them DO RIGID
