I'm a Solar Engineer... From Nigeria Based on this Scenario Generally in Electrical we have DC and AC DC Means Direct Current while Ac stand for Alternative Current Now this is how solar system Works.... during the day... Panels will generate Dc Current with the help of Sun... 🌞 Sent down to the Machine, which we call an Inverter Inverter is the one doing the convertion... I'm Saying... it's will convert from Dc to Ac It will first of all Supply Power the Appliances that is on the Inverter... because there's what we called Load Separation if the Inverter is not big enough to Carry everything in your House... you need to do proper load separation... from the Distribution Board adding to that... the remaining Solar Energy will be sending to your Batteries in other to charge your Batteries for future Use Because when Sun is no more if you don't have Battery Bank in your House.. trust me your Inverter will Shutdown.. so the Battery will sustain the Inverter throughout the night till morning When sun raise again, your Batteries will continue Charging... so it's a Circle... this is how solar Inverter work...
