It is still happening! A member of staff walked into my room on 13th February then said I’d handed in my key! I had my key in my hand so total lies

Not the assault part - but this has happened to me in a travelodge too. They gave a work colleague a key to my room and he walked straight in at 11pm! They didn’t care at all when we complained.
