Wouldn't Plato just say that they all see a different bar? As one is at the bar, the other is at the dance floor, and the third is in the toilet; then, when they try to talk about the bar, they can't agree because, for one, it was too expensive, for the other, too noisy, and for the third, too smelly. So none of them is actually seeing "the bar"; they all saw 3 different bars?

My sociology professor Marvin Scott at Hunter was a Durkheim fan. Even gave me his copy of Suicide. Anyway he was a wonderful teacher and taught in a way we could understand even the most strange theories. You’re doing a great job. He would have loved you. He’s gone now sadly but he changed my life and my brain. ❤️

why there’s a cave, why there’s a symbol in the cave, why people meet in the cave.?What really is the cave and the true function of the existence of it? One want to escape (maybe to see things clearly outside), one wants to understand the symbols (maybe to know why people comes to cave) one want to understand why people meet in the cave (maybe to understand why the cave exists within)?

Bar, Cave, Social Bazaar of Life is a mythical marketplace of perceptions. Through which in my bumble opinion, pressure of gazillions of interactions can trigger the greatest spiritual development. There, a being moves in challenges via his skills in-between anxiety and boredom. Thereby moving from apathy to Flow State.
