I love the contrast between the crips crust and the tangy lemon curd! If you love lemons like mne, you will love it. For the shortcrust pastry (Pâte Sucrée) 2/3 cup butter, 150 g 3/4 cup icing sugar, 95 g 1 large egg about, 60 g 1/4 cup ground almonds, 30 g 2 cups all-purpose flour, 250 g 1 pinch salt For the Lemon Curd 3/4 cup sugar, 150 g 4 eggs 4 tbsp cornstarch, 20 g 4 large lemons organic, for 3/4 cup (175 ml) lemon juice and the zest of 1-2 lemon 7 tbsp unsalted butter, 100 g, cold and diced You can also find the full detailed recipe in my link in bio and on my blog. #frenchbaking #tarteaucitron #lemondesserts
