ok but my monitor hurts my eyes and its not because of this. im on a xbox one and whenever i play fast paced games like COD, the motion looks terrible and it genuinely hurts my eyes. its a budget office monitor on a VA panel 60hz. it dosnt have g/v sync and the motion stutters and i know it has ghosting but im not in a situation where i can get a new monitor and all of my setup is hand me downs. idk what to do
