And sometimes, in our rush to provide an answer, we unintentionally communicate that their feelings are something to be corrected rather than understood. But let's also be clear. Silence is not the same as avoidance. Remaining quiet when someone needs space is one thing. Remaining quiet when accountability, intervention, or support is required is something entirely different. 💡 Leadership Metamorphosis Thought: Not every moment requires your words, but every person deserves to know they've been heard. So here's today's question: When someone comes to you with a concern, do you take the time to understand what they need from the conversation—or do you immediately give them what YOU think they need?
