this happens to me a couple launches back, but what annoyed me the most was the shit customer service!! In their automated email to you once you email their support, it says they are still a small company so can’t have customer service 24/7, so it takes them like 3/4 days to respond, which I think is crazy. They have the money to be sending their whole stock to influencers but not enough money to have good customer service

Same here. I'm really angry about this. I placed an order for over €300 and the only apology I got was a €10 voucher which honestly feels like a joke. My order was supposedly already being prepared for shipping, and then I suddenly received that email. I’ve written to them as well. I completed my order at exactly 17:03 and even received the confirmation ☹️

Same here! I bought the moment they launched the new collection. Got a message today that the yellow shorts hadn't arrived. I had been told my package would be shipped the same day or the day after I ordered. Got a message so late that it didn't arrive😭😭😭

Girlll same happened to me! I literally bought the minute they launched it, then I got a confirmation email a day later that it was dispatched and on its way and today I got an email that my order is cancelled 😭😭

Hi!! the same thing happened to me, but with the shorts Butter Impact.They refunded me €35, but I paid €47 for the shorts, and then they only gave me a €10 gift card.!! Did the same thing happen to you?
