I used to do this with my “married mom” friends. After my divorce, they would see me in town and try to pester me about my life. Finally realized just to talk when I wasn’t around lol

I do this with my employees.. they all are kinda jealous of the relationship I have with the owner (been thr almost 10yrs, im the only management, nobody is above me) and they constantly caused drama.. so i began giving tidbits of untruth.. and at least half of our staff were beating down her inbox to "tell" on me.. mind u I have proof it's a lie.. on a side note can u fire someone for causing drama in the workplace? like it's it legal?
