My husband has been in wa since 2001 (he was 17). His whole life is here with or without me. By that standard he's also not non domicile. unfortunately the cdl says non domicile so I geuss thats what they will use as your title? weird.

Thats true brother been here since 03 when i was 3 years old lived in NY all my life all ik is here i dont even know my motherland of el salvador yet they put non-domiciled even tho i got daca the govt knows im here and i report taxes and everything every year since i got my SS card back in ‘13 its insane how they pick and choose what we “non-domiciled” can n cannot due bc even though im “illegal” here i still needa report my taxes at the end of the year crazy..

I came to Texas in 1993 when I was 15 and have had a TPS since 2001, and have also owned a home since 2095. We first did not have anything on our driver license, then they started matching it to the TPS and added LIMITED TERM. Then changed it to NON-DOMICILE which is nonsense the word itself tells you. We have a domicile in the US.

Non-domicile means if the person is not from the United States and a Nora resident of the United States where we’ve been living over a decade here in the United States. We do speak English. We do understand the road sign. We do know how to drive more than born Americans, but just because of that ugly politics, we got stuck and facing too much criticism and racism. Hopefully, we can beat them in midterm election.
