you people saying the knobs have to be marked or you can't change them, for the love god, when you say, write that, post the regulation number where it says that to backup what your saying. I don't ever remember reading anywhere in the regulations where it's an out of service violation for changing out the tractor and trailer breaks, so please someone post the regulation number on this.
