@saveelephantfoundation: For more than five decades, she was forced into human labor—from the logging industry to the tourism business—giving rides to tourists, a life confined under the label of slavery. She had three babies in total, but her time as a mother was heartbreakingly short, as each of them was taken away from her. Kham Than has now been rescued and released to live in a sanctuary. She is finally free, and a new chapter of her life begins here.
