I have so much interview anxiety I will feel like I’m going to puke! Over the last 15 years the 2 jobs I’ve had were because I knew someone there. Left one due to my military husband retiring, second one went bankrupt. I just hate the game sooo much. I have an interview today and imma just let go and let God. If it’s meant to be it will be. I still feel like I’m going to vomit tho lol

I’m actually interviewing for a position I left 3-4 years ago. Same organization same supervisor and same position. I left the position back then to grew my skills and experience by taking a more specialized position within the same department. I then left the department altogether for a position that offered more growth opportunities however I was laid off after working less then a year. After job searching for months my old position opened up so I applied and selected for an interview. I always get nervous and anxious about all job interviews and while I feel I have a good chance of getting the position because I don’t want to feel too confident. I am preparing myself for the interview but I’m nervous that they ask me why I was wanting to work there again. To be honest I only applied because I really need a job for health benefits plus I know the position. Also since I’ve been unemployed for 4 months now, I’m struggling with how to answer the “tell me about yourself” interview question. Do you have any suggestions on how to answer these questions in my situation and any other tips to assist me in preparing for this interview. Please and thank you!
