My mom’s has been gone for 30 years. Lost her battle with cancer at 61. I’m now 66. Not a day goes by I do t think of her. 🥰

I’m so glad you are realizing this while you’re young. I would give anything to have a regular conversation with my Mom now. She has been gone 8 years now and I hate the fact that I can remember times I wouldn’t call her for 2 weeks and not think a thing about it. My life seemed so important and busy. And you’re right, our parents (for those of us who are fortunate) have done so much for us. Thank you for sharing this post. You’re a good son.

We think we are there for them or completely listen and truthfully we don't realize how fast they can go from us. Always show her your love and tell them because we don't know when they will be gone.

Talk to and treat your mom after truly thinking how you’d feel if she was no longer with you, because that time may come (hopefully never but it’s life). Trust me on this :)
