This is absolutely something that the DHS should be getting behind and putting pressure on insurers to offer this as a preventative. They could cover the dietician and offer weekly family meal plans in conjunction with grocers like Kroger and Meijer.

My insurance covered it but my nutritionist never gave me a list of menus or what to eat. Just 1800 cal I need to know carbs fats so I quit and went on keto and in 3 days I already lost 5 lbs calories deficit that’s the key and different foods 🥰
