@theprinceofvoiceover: Please share to create awareness! Two days ago, on my way to the hospital, I noticed a young girl with an older man in a situation that felt unsafe. The way he interacted with her raised serious red flags so I stepped in. Thankfully, she got home safely. I’m sharing this for awareness. Too often, we see something suspicious and convince ourselves it’s “not our business.” But situations like this can escalate quickly to kidnapping, sexual abuse, or worse. This is how harm happens: not just through bad people, but through silence. Parents and guardians, continue to talk to your children about boundaries. They do not owe any adult secrecy, silence, or compliance when something feels wrong. Young people, continue to trust your instincts. If a situation makes you uncomfortable, remove yourself and speak to someone you trust immediately. And to everyone else, please pay attention. Act. Even small intervention matters. I recently saw a similar video by @lordzeus101 it sharpened my awareness. Conversations like this are important because they help us notice and respond. Media houses, TV, radio, and community platforms, continue to do more. Awareness, especially at the grassroots level is very necessary. Schools, religious centres, and community leaders, create safe spaces and actively educate people about safety and speaking up. I hope security operatives continue to remain vigilant and responsive in our communities. It is essential. Situations like this should be taken seriously and acted on promptly. If something feels wrong, don’t ignore it. You don’t have to do everything. But doing something could save a life. #protectminors #bevigilant #socialresponsibility #fyp
