Can we also stop projecting what we think clients think of their hair reveals? It doesn’t matter how much I love my hair or how great my stylist did, I don’t have an overly excitable personality to present a huge reaction so someone like “Danyelle” can understand if I do or don’t like MY OWN HAIR.

Happened to me with a piercing. Got told “you don’t have the anatomy for that, we could do X or we could do Y but we can’t do what you came for.” And I was SO thankful that he guided me in the right direction and told me what would work on me, instead of taking my money and giving me something that would reject in 6 months time. HE’S THE PROFESSIONAL! He’s the one who knows stuff! I just have internet and a dream lol

I thought it was such a collaborative and amazing experience! To me that's the way every service provider should be interacting. Physio, sales person, etc etc. talking things through and giving professional advice whilst also having the client/guest/patient be involved. I'm so confused by the commenter honestly.
