I rebuilt my first engine when I was like 10 or 11 years old. it was the engine to my dirt bike. I put that thing together and took it back apart put it back together three times until I got that clutch to work right. there was this thin little washer that was used as a shim. and I mean it was thin and without it the clutch would not engage. I learned from that though. whenever I take an engine apart I categorize all my washers nuts bolts screws so that they go back into the same spot.
