@newemergingking: Most boys’ first time doing this is when it actually matters. We don’t wait for that. So we took them to Albany Utilities and gave them the experience now — setting up accounts, reading their bill, asking questions, and paying it. Even had them write a check — something most of them had never done before. Because one day, this won’t be practice. They’ll be expected to handle it. That’s why we train them now.
