If you listen to the police officer and watch the video several times, this poor kid was struggling to get out of his vehicle that was parked at an angle, therefore difficult to hold the door open and his wallet and climb out of the truck, therefore only gave him not even a second to get his feet about him and show him his hands. Because he immediately shot at him. Never even gave him a chance to steady his feet and show him his hands and yet this police officer got off Scott free.

Too quick to shoot. Police officers need more extensive psychological testing before being allowed to patrol. They also need higher physical standards so they feel more secure while patrolling
