@dhrengineering: Print farm went brrrrr 🤖💨 This automated setup with 44 @BAMBULAB Official printers produced 120 drone frames in 24 hours. 🚁 Did you know drone designs in Ukraine go obsolete every 6 weeks? Russian EW systems learn to detect and jam them that fast. It’s a relentless, continuous loop: push a new design, produce it, deploy it. Traditional manufacturing and retooling cycles simply cannot survive that reality. This is why 3D printing has become a hard requirement. It cuts tooling costs to zero, allows for instant iteration, and drops airframe weight using topology optimization. But the real game changer? Automation. By removing the manual labor bottleneck, our system hit those 120 airframes in a day requiring just 1 operator for 1 hour to pick them up. What actually matters here is the general capability. You can forward-deploy a containerized print farm to the field. It can print the exact airframe needed for today’s mission, and then overnight, print the exact surgical instruments needed for today’s field surgery. Nothing changes except the digital file. We wrote a detailed article on our blog breaking down how automated 3D printing is scaling drone production and radically cutting costs. At this scale I really wonder why not just use injection molding

Is the frame from makerworld? because i have had that exact frame laying on my desk for two years now😁. Never assembled it tho. I wonder how it does perform.

Seems like a set of conveyor belt printers would have been cheaper and easier to setup than all this with a robot arm.

Yo tengo brazos robóticos que despegan la pieza pero funcionan con visión artificial para que sepa de dónde despegarla y lleva un conteo, trabajo igual con inyectoras y así es como las rutineo
