Honestly I think it’s just an online thing. I’m black American with roots going back to 1700s South Carolina. My GF is Jamaican and we have a child together. I’ve only seen nothing but love from both sides of our family coming together. We be Expressing and participating in each others cultures with tons of love.

This!!!! I’m the son of Haitian immigrants and was born and raised in Brooklyn, I was always taught to respect African Americans since they were the reason I was able to live here. I’m glad my parents fully embraced black American culture, music and figures in my childhood 🥹
