Right bc is the moral of mohan’s arc now that a woman who is deeply empathetic and patient centered and passionate about systemic issues and good at her job got beaten down by the system and was bullied and berated so badly by her boss that she leaves??? Also they intentionally mentioned that shen used to be a resident and is now an attending, and al hashimi mentioned adding another attending to day shift. I think they could’ve easily made her staying fit the “realism” of the show
