I had a posterior placenta with one child and an anterior placenta with the other. She will be fine and deliver healthy! When she feels sick or lightheaded, lay down on her left side and take deep breaths.

@Carew Ellington get her to sit up and to lay on her side as much as possible. It keeps her posterior UTERUS off of the vessels behind the uterus 😊 I’ve had five kids and also have a posterior uterus (not a posterior placenta, since that’s a very normal finding)
