I have had Frontier for a while now. My bill started at 30$ a month and climber to 75$ a month and this isn't the plan I signed up for 😁 talk about pissed. Price increases so much. Im thinking about switching bc god damn this shits getting expensive. But then i thought about calling them and threatening to leave to see if they offer me some deals. 😂

I have them and mine went out yesterday at 10 AM and I’m told I have to wait until Monday to get a check out here. I work from home and I have three kids here and we only stream so when we’re home nothing’s working. Definitely switching.

Dude I fucking signed up 7 years ago just now WiFi won’t work. I talked with them for 7 hours now they keep telling me to forget network and after that when it won’t work they send me to “a professional support provider team” not even joking they hang up right away and I’ve spent 130 dollars trying to call them but no they won’t stop hanging up. Customer support is a fucking joke

Frontier charged me $150 to change from our old wifi to a “new wifi” (which is literally the same exact plan but with a discount), and i call them to get that fixed and the lady tells me ok i will request your refund and prevent the $150 charge from recurring. Turns out she didnt do shit cus i got charged 150 again the next month and never got a refund. Ive been doing this roundabout with five different frontier agents and they do the same thing every damn time
