@gracie_norton: These are THE BEST “healthy” snickers I’ve ever made! Here’s how to make them!! 🫶🏼 1. On high heat, add 2 tbsp of butter to your pan. Add 10 pitted medjool dates (rip them in half first). Constantly smash/ stir the dates for 2 minutes. 2. Once the dates soften, turn down the heat and use a spatula to press them together. Once the date "caramel" forms, put it into a small bowl and set aside. 3. Chop your bananas and add the date caramel on top. It's easier to add this with your hands instead of a knife (roll it out like taffy and stretch it across the banana, it won't stick to your fingers). 4. Once the date caramel is layered on top of the bananas, add peanuts and a peanut butter drizzle. If you want less chocolate you can add a chocolate drizzle. If you want more chocolate, completely cover the banana in melted chocolate. (Side note here: I recommend freezing them for a few hours if you are going to do the full chocolate dunk so everything stays on top of the banana). 5. Store in the freezer overnight.
