Well let me say this,... if I was Tyler the only way I would have not peed on myself facing that huge man if only I have that hand gun with me. I see him running that is true...But the real and powerful question is : Why the powerful presence, the attacker, the huge biceps, the taller gets to run after his forfeit ? Hmmm...... A single punch yes but you know why it's only a single punch that takes his life... It is because that single powerful punch gets 8 powerful reponses that did not give him time to throw a second punch..... Tyler's face would have been bloody, black eye. maybe broken nose by now.... I dont think firing to many bullets should put him in jail.. I hate violence, what is wrong with you people. Taking someone's life is wrong...but also punching someone's face is also wrong. Now does society has to determine who is more WRONG ? WRONG IS WRONG that is why you dont hear the prosecutor say : TYLER VANCE IS WRONGER THAN ROBERT MILLER.

Robert still would’ve been punching Tyler all over if he had not shot him he only began to run once he seen the gun and probably run into his car to get something else to be tall with. He had no business putting in his hand on Tyler. I’m not for murdering people I’m not when the cops shoot a person 28 times multiple cops. They don’t get charged with excessive use when they burn down a building with a step with a suspect in it or shoot on armed people that are running away they don’t get charged but accept this course.
