not the haircut anxiety 🥲 I’ve been there… wondering if it’s gonna make my fine hair look better or worse and stressing over it. but even when I found styles that worked, my hair still felt weak and I was dealing with bloating, tiredness, low energy too. it made no sense and I felt stuck. then a friend told me about Eat like a woman protocol (by loren green).
