Recipe ⬇️ - 125g unsalted butter - 200g chocolate, melted - 200g light brown sugar - 2 eggs - 70g plain flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1. Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave until smooth. In a separate bowl whisk the sugar and eggs. 2. Add the melted chocolate & egg and whisk to combines the two. fold through the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Do not over mix 3. Bake: at 175C for 40-45 minutes. #perfectbrownie #brownie #chewy #crispy #cake
